The Opportunity
A well-established and growing financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join their team in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified adviser who is passionate about delivering high-quality, holistic financial advice and building long-term relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base, providing tailored financial planning solutions across investments, pensions, protection, retirement planning and wealth management. You will be supported by an experienced team and benefit from a flexible hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic financial advice to new and existing clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through trusted and professional advice.
- Conduct client reviews and develop comprehensive financial plans.
- Analyse clients’ financial circumstances and recommend suitable solutions across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.
- Prepare and present clear, compliant recommendations in line with FCA regulations.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all advice meets regulatory and company standards.
- Work collaboratively with paraplanning and administration teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of financial markets, products and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Must hold a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working as a Financial Adviser within an FCA-regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of holistic financial planning, including pensions, investments, retirement planning and protection.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality advice.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to compliance and best practice.
- Experience working with high-net-worth or affluent clients would be advantageous.
